About

Meet Your Cake Artist

Throughout my career, I have trained in countless locations, from 5 star restaurant kitchens, Army dining facilities, to Field kitchens in the middle of Iraq. I have competed on military culinary arts teams and won several medals. Through trial and error, I gradually built my skills and expertise at every venture of my culinary career. I have been working for over 22 years practicing recipes, honing my skills, and building my portfolio so that I can provide the absolute best to my customers.

Not only do I make sure my products look phenomenal, I use the best ingredients to ensure my products taste amazing as well. At Miranda’s Cakes and Confections, LLC, you are not just a number. I take extra time and effort to make sure each product is exactly what I know you’re going to love. When it comes to cakes and cupcakes, I aim to be the best in the area, and I can’t wait to prove that to you.

How We Work

Even though we are a licensed bakery, we do not run like a typical brick and mortar location. We are a veteran owned small business and when we say “Home-Bakery” we really mean we have a bakery in our home. During the pandemic, we renovated our garage and installed a licensed commercial kitchen. Because we are not zoned commercially, and the business resides in a residential area, we do not have the foot traffic of a typical storefront and this poses some issues for us. We cannot have cakes and cupcakes readily available to the public and so we rely solely on wedding and large event bookings. We also offer small quantities on occasion to the public from our adorable bakery food trailer.
