Hello! I’m Miranda.
From the beginning, I knew I had a passion for cake decorating and pastry arts. I crafted my first wedding cake at age 17, while attending Lenape Vocational Technical School’s Culinary Arts Program in PA. I then went on to graduate with honors from IUP Academy of Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry program and completed my college externship at the beautiful Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC. From there, I joined the army and was deployed to Iraq where I met my husband.
